Halloween Nails: Day 9

10 Oct

This will be a short post. I had a very busy day today and didn’t have much free time to do my own nails. This is what I came up with for Day 9. Gothic looking nails do count for Halloween nails, right?

Halloween Nails: Day 4

4 Oct

Today’s October 4th and this means Day 4 for my personal Halloween nails challenge! I wanted to try something different for a change so I had this idea to do a look that had some bare trees on it. So the nails I came up with is an abandoned forest or a magical forest home of a witch or Baba Yaga.

Some of you may know I’m Russian. As a kid I was scared of Baba Yaga folklores. She is a scary witch that lived in a chicken-legged hut on the edge of the forest.

Anyway, here’s the nails for today!

Halloween Nails: Day 3

3 Oct

I’ve been thinking a lot about what I want to do for my Halloween nails challenge. I jotted down some ideas and as soon I thought of Frankenstein. I knew I had to do it ASAP! I decided to go with Frankenstein and his bride kind of theme for Day 3 of my personal Halloween nails challenge.

Mickey Mouse nails!

9 Jul

It’s been a while since I posted on here. It’s been several busy months with my polish making. My daughter asked me to do Mickey Mouse nails for her this morning and I couldn’t resist.

Without further ado, here’s her nails:

Aren’t these adorable?!

Polishes I used for this mani:
Essie She’s Pampered (red base on her nails)
OPI Magazine Cover Mouse (for her pinky fingernail)
Rica Blackout
Rica Whiteout
Rica Mellow Yellow
Rica Glossy Glam

Plates used:
OB3, QA57 & KD3.

I really love using both Whiteout and Blackout in stamping! They’re both very opaque and easy to use!

A closer look at her mani:

And both of her hands:

Sorry this post is short and sweet. I’m hoping to get back on the regular with my blog posts.
Until next time…
xoxo, Rica
