Textured polish is a growing trend in the world of nails. Sally Hansen recently jumped on the textured bandwagon by releasing two different texture-based collections, Fuzzy Coat and Sugar Coat. I recently was given some Fuzzy Coat polishes. I decided to try out Peach Fuzz.
I love the colors in Peach Fuzz! Peach Fuzz is a clear base with these apricot-orange and pastel yellow micro bar matte glitters. This reminds me so much of Nails Inc’s York (from their Feathers Effect collection). York has a darker orange /white combo bar glitter. Needless to say, Peach Fuzz is not a dupe of York.
I decided to pair up Sally Hansen’s Peach Fuzz with Essie’s Navigate Her. I think these two polishes compliments each other very well! This is two coats of Essie’s Navigate Her and two coats of Sally Hansen’s Peach Fuzz.
Would I recommend this? Probably yes. I give this one 3.5 out of 5 stars. Formula wasn’t too bad. Application with Peach Fuzz wasn’t a perfect science. After two coats, I still had to dabble a bit on some areas that needed more of these micro bar glitters. I did find it a tad bit annoying when I painted Peach Fuzz on, there were some bar glitter hanging off the tip of my nail. However, brushing the excess micro bar glitter was easy to do. Out of all the Fuzzy Coat colors I find myself wanting to try All Yarned Up. I think I will go out sometimes this week to find All Yarned Up.
