Stardust Polish’s Supernova

6 Apr

On my nails tonight is Stardust Polish’s Supernova. It’s from the Space collection. Supernova is a sky blue base with medium lavender square glitter, medium marigold and white hex glitter, and small reddish-pink hex glitter. Let me tell you something… It. Is. Breathtakingly. Beautiful.

This next one is my all-time favorite close up of a polish. I hope you can see why.

Just for fun, I googled up the definition of Supernova and here’s what I got.
su·per·no·va
/ˈso͞opərˌnōvə/
Noun
A star that suddenly increases greatly in brightness because of a catastrophic explosion that ejects most of its mass.

This must have been the cosmic crescendo of a bright colorful star exploding over there at Stardust Polish headquarters. I must say that this is a perfect name because this is indeed a beautiful catastrophic mess.

Let’s get down to galactic business. Let’s talk about this amazing star right here in our galaxy. Supernova’s formula was divine. It isn’t thick at all. It’s not too thin. It came on just right and there were no glitter fishing/placement needed. How amazing is that?! No undies used. Two coats to full opacity.

Would I recommend this? Yes, I am giving this 5 out of 5 stars. I would bathe myself in the stardust from this supernova if I could.

Stardust Polish is relatively new to the indie polish scene and I am impressed by her lovely creations so far. Go check out her beauties at http://stardustpolish.bigcartel.com/ and follow her on Instagram @stardustpolish for updates and news!
